This hotel was in the heart of Birmingham City Centre and punched above its weight. It was comfortable, close to everything, in a quaint older building and the staff were very friendly.

Really dirty and got stuck in the lift and nobody came to help
The hotel was very clean, The room was also clean and has everything that you would need. The only issues was that the public nearby parking in china town was closed when it said it was open online, not the fault of the hotel. The second issue was the TV only had one channel. But overall the receptionist was helpful and polite and great location.
Old, dingy, dark tatty room.
Bed comfy. Inadequate heating so room was cold. No heating in onsuite so very cold. Unable to watch TV as picture kept breaking up. Help was non existent.also no. food available Could not recommend
GBWorst hotel ever. Filfy, outdated and boiling hot room. Missing items in shower and taps, hairdryer not working. Extremely small lift. Pictures dont lie. I will request a refund. The only plus is location very close to the train station bilut if I stayed on the car park I would have better sleep than here. What a joke!
