Marijuana smell was overwhelming

Court yqrd was beautiful

The heated pool that was advertised was in fact not heated and it was very cold...the toilet in the room was filthy...the staff didnt care to help customers....and they said they were fully booked, ran out of towels...they said they had someone commin in early to do laundry...laundry was never done...but did offer us a kitchen towel for the kids to try off on...there were dirty towels thrown everywhere outside...the staff didnt seem to care about customers or to clean up premises....horrible stay

The pool was nice

My room was unsafe and a fire hazard. My door you had to hit the knob down to get out you was locked in the room and u able to get out. My room keep wouldn’t work properly, the staff gave me another key when myself and children tried to leave is when I realized we was locked in the room and we had to hit the knob down to even get out of our room. Staff was made aware of this and done nothing about the situation

The staff were friendly.

Very run down, although it is being painted in areas. The breakfast was very limited compared to what we had experienced during past visits.
