"Lobby was clean Room not so much"

Location to expressway

The room was very old. The ceiling had large old water stains. The door was scratched up, dirty & did not seal so cold air leaked through. The bed linen was worn.

Good location , very friendly staff

The rooms were dirty and kind of run down. No extra towels, blankets, etc were available. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. This place could be very nice but it just wasn’t up to par. I know they’re doing some renovations, but it could definitely be cleaner.

"This was a very bad stay , unless they become a best western or get new staff who cares i wont be returning"

I loved the hot tub , and the one front desk lady who works 7 to 3

Where do i even start , there was a of issues with this stay , first when i first checked in and got to my room it smelled like straight up weed , then the next day let move to my keys would stop working , i took them to the front desk , i do not know the employees name but after i told her she reactive them and then throw them back at me , next day Sunday We went to take the kids down to swim , there was two big dog inside of the pool & the hot tub was very cold . Fast forward to the. Next morning i didn’t get house keeping. So on Monday i bought all the issue up to sherry the manger , she said she was sorry , then let start with the pool was closed Tuesday in to Wednesday was supposed to open back up at 12am on Wednesday . That didn’t happen .. i told her when i come back in July i will not be returning . No point no money no nothing was offed due to all the issues .
