Front staff were very friendly

It’s was very noisy in my room all hours. Sounded like a food service cart going down the hallways all night. It was pretty windy so it could have been the pipes as well. Also the pillowcases felt almost plastic. Kept waking me and the little one up everytime we moved cause it sounded crunchy. I ordered a steak at the restaurant and it was a horrible cut I couldn’t get a knife through it.
