Clean, spacious, quiet room - everything looked fresh and new. Great location with quick access to major sights. Lots of parking available. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I was quite taken aback when I received an email at 9:00 pm the night before our booking stating the following: "....Your booking was made without a credit card and is currently non-guaranteed. To confirm your reservation, please provide your credit card details. If we do not receive this information, your reservation will be cancelled due to a high waiting list...." Not much notice and not a very nice tone. Why not take the credit card number at the time of booking like most hotels? Avoid putting customers in a panic, ticking them off and numerous phone calls for the staff to deal with at the last minute. Based on the previous reviews, we were looking forward to a nice breakfast before checking out. However, as we looked at the buffet at 8:00 am, we were quite disappointed. The fruit looked like it had been cut up several days earlier, bread slices/baked goods looked dry and unappealing, and the eggs looked dried out. We went to the Sunset Grill and had an excellent breakfast.
