Older property, clean, well maintained with a pleasant staff. No elevator

This is a really great stay for the price. Be aware they are very short staffed and working hard to still be accommodating. Please be kind and understanding of that.

The NO Quality inn. My stay was a disaster from arrival. I booked this trip online and was lured to this hotel by broken promises of what my room should have been. I stayed here for 2 weeks and it just kept getting worse. I booked this place because it shows it has a FULL kitchen. Only upon arrival to be told “that room doesn’t exist” and we don’t have a full kitchen, (mind you I paid more money for this fictitious room)They offered two options neither of what the room is worth or that I wanted…. I tried calling Expedia but there is no direct line, so I had to message back and forth with a bot, finally got to text with a real person who was no help and didn’t understand the situation . After about 2 hours I got to speak verbally with someone on the phone, they were also not help, and said The hotel said they do not have that room, and offered you two other options so there is nothing I can do… EXCUSE ME, I paid for a room they advertised, and didn’t get that room, and what they offered did not equal or come close to what I wanted and paid for. Besides all of that the place smells of weed and cigarette smoke. Any time I took a shower I had to turn the water on for about 5 min to get it warm, but you have to hurry and take a shower and turn water almost to cold otherwise you will give your self third degree burns. Make sure to keep the door shut or the broken and old fire alarms will go off from the shower (it happened several times) Dirty, cracked window,I would not recommen

Although beds are comfortable they are advertised as queen but appear to be doubles. Our air conditioner was very noisy and didn’t appear to work properly.

The pool was not heated, so I was very disappointed. However, our worst experience was at breakfast. The breakfast lady was so rude. There was no hot water available to any guests. I just wanted to make a cup of tea. When I asked her about it, she just said no. Out of the two selections of hot food. One tray was completely out and empty. When I asked the lady about it she said breakfast starts at 6:30. And turned her back to me. This was 830. So essentially no food. I can’t get over how rude the staff were. I would never stay here again. Also, there are no restaurants nearby whatsoever.

Property clean, well keep only issue is the carpet is and it has a smell the front clerk Naweed was so awesome and respectful, patient and he made sure I had everything I need and the icing on the cake was the water was so hot I couldn't set in it and I love hot water. Will stay again hope they remove all this carpet I have bad allergies and carpet makes them worse.

No hot water, supposed to have 2 tvs and didn’t, uncomfortable bed

The polite and kind gentleman at the desk was welcoming and caring. He went out of his way to see that we were comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. Very clean, and relaxing stay. I will use this Expedia
