"Last min booking"

It’s a place to lay your head. We booked this hotel because it was a last minute thing and one of the closer ones. The hotel needs some renovations. It has a humid, stale smell and feeling upon walking in. Our room was the same and the air conditioner didn’t help. There was no in between, it was either too cold or warm and humid. The sheets on one of the beds was dirty. There were boogers on the wall in the bathroom. The bed was ok, depending on where I would lay my back would hurt. Overall, if you’re just looking to lay your head for a night or two, take your chances but not anything longer than that.

"Nice stay"

Our stay was good. The room was clean and smelled fresh. This hotel doesnt have an elevator so i had requested a ground level room. I was pleased at check in it was already arranged. The staff was friendly. We are pleased with our stay.

"I would say only good for a one night stay"

The customer service was EXCELLENT and check-in was easy and simple. The hotel needs some maintenance though. I was on the first floor, and there was a stench upon walking into the room for the first time. It smelled like they were trying to cover up cigarette smoke. It took about 10 minutes to get the window to open. The bed was king sized, but sat really, really low. There was a "rat hole" in the bathroom. And the bathroom door did not completely open because the floor was uneven. The plush chair smelled like urine. The pictures on the website are definitely deceiving. For the price point I paid per night, this was not what I was expecting at all!! I have stayed in different Quality Inns in different states and this one by far was the worst.

"Choose Another Hotel"

There is no elevator in this hotel, so if you're staying on the second floor, be prepared to haul everything up the stairs. Breakfast was horrible. I think they put food out at 7:30 and that's the last time they bother with it until they shut it down. The milk was hot. The eggs were gone. Other than not attending to the breakfast, the staff was nice. Overall, there are much better choices in Beaumont.

Super friendly staff. We arrived late due to delayed flight and they upgraded us to a suite. Very clean, great breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.
