Geräumiges Zimmer mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit. Modernes, großes Gemeinschaftsbad. Parkplätze auf der Straße. Ruhige Wohngegend.

Das Fenster konnte nur einen Spalt weit geöffnet werden, bei Sommertemperaturen wird es unerträglich heiß im Zimmer, ohne, dass man richtig lüften kann. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur über Gegensprechanlage bei Ankunft. Alles sehr unpersönlich, es blieb unklar, ob die anderen Zimmer auch an Gäste vermietet waren, oder doch jemand in dem Haus wohnt.
