Clean comfy quick n easy

Everything was clean and was nice to have facilities provided including bits and pieces for breakfast, microwave, fridge and your usual kettle etc. There were plates bowls and cutlery provided which made it easy to pop to local shops grab some food and enjoy without having to worry about worrying what you need to eat or how to cook it the owner was lovely and are available any time u need

Nothing everything was great

We were so grateful for a non-hospital bed for the night after 10hrs in Derriford Hospital. We only booked at 7.30pm and only just got there before 9pm to check in, but everything was sorted over the Ring doorbell - excellent! Everything we needed for an overnight stay & pleasantly warm. Shared bathroom was clean and well equipped. Mattress just right - not too firm or too soft. Price was cheaper than taking a taxi home!

Our last minute booking meant they hadn't time to clean the room totally, but we were deeply grateful for a clean, comfy bed & tea-making facilities at a really great price.

It was a lovely modern place, I couldn’t fault anything about it. The host kept intouch when needed.

I unfortunately chose the budget room, it was absolutely fine for anyone, but I had paperwork and a laptop so I should have booked the bigger room. I did speak the the host and she explained how to choose next time.

Mattress was too soft

Lovely stay! Would totally recommend! Clean and cosy! The location is further from the city centre but can easily be reached via bus. Close to Dartmoor park entrance! Efficient communication, easy check-in and the place really felt like home from home :)
