Staff was very helpful. The rooms were as expected for this caliber of hotel.

Front desk clerk demanded $50 deposit for night in cash only. Would not accept card. Room was in poor condition - security latch was snapped off, paint chipped. Upon checkout, front desk clerk refused to return deposit until after he performed a walkthrough of the room.

Excellent service and the manager working the day provided an earlier check-in than normall. very considerate since i was driving from atlanta & needed rest before heading over to new orleans for the super events that weekend.

The front desk person was very helpful and the room was very quiet & comfortable.

I wasn’t able to stay. I didn’t have cash on me to pay for the incidentals. Front desk guy told me to leave but still charged me for the night. Don’t stay here.

The associate asked for a $50 cash deposit because I prepaid my reservation. Ridiculous! The room smelled stale and moldy and the shower rod was broken which did not allow the curtain to close properly
