Stanza pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata. Posizione molto conveniente, molto ben collegata con la metro a tutto.

Tv non funzionante con tutte le opzioni, niente frigo, no cambio lenzuola/asciugamani e niente rifacimento del letto se non su richiesta il giorno prima (al check in non siamo stati avvisati), doccia che perde leggermente

Otel kuzey garına ve metro istasyonuna yakın, merkeze 20dk. yürüme mesafesinde olduğundan gece 01:00'den sonra metrolar çaışmadığında merkezden otele yüreüyebilirsiniz. Temiz ve rahattı.

Personelin ağır ve isteksiz iş yapmasını sevmedim. Mercur otel ile beraber kullanılması ve akşam geldiğimizde bizim otelin kapısının kapalı olmasından dolayı Mercur otelin kaspısından giriş yapıp otelimize dolaşarak ulaşmamız can sıkıcıydı.

Sadece yatak rahattı.belki o da yorgun olduğumuz için bize öyle geldi.

Duş alırken banyoyun her yerini su basıyordu.tesiste terlik yokmuş.çalışanlar çok somurtkandı ve jiç yardımsever değillerdi.

La habitación era pequeña, pero estaba limpia y más actualizada que la entrada del hotel. Aún así, tuvimos que pedir una toalla nueva porque una estaba sucia.

Estaba en obras y tenías que acceder por el hotel que está al lado, porque la puerta de acceso no funcionaba o estaba bloqueada con material de obra. En los espacios comunes había estancias con materiales de obra, muebles apilados, cables sueltos… y la escalera que da acceso a las habitaciones es muy antigua y tiene algunas moquetas sucias. Respecto a la habitación, cabe destacar que no nos limpiaron la habitación durante toda nuestra estancia ni cambiaron las toallas.
