"Goed hotel maar toch mindere ervaring."

De locatie en moderne hotelkamer

Er waren verbouwingswerken in de ingang van het hotel. Dit werd niet vermeld bij het reserveren. Om 8u was er hierdoor overlast zelfs tot op mijn kamer op het 4e verdiep. Plots ging de kamerdeur open door iemand met een reiskoffer. Deze had mijn kamer aangewezen gekregen en had toegang met zijn keycard. Personeel sprak geen Nederlands wat wel aangenaam zou zijn als je in een tweetalige stad een hotel reserveerd. Ik had een verblijf van 2 dagen en Na 24uur werkte mijn keycard niet meer. Nooduitgangen werden op de gangen niet aangegeven.

"It does not worth to this price"

The location was great

There was maintenance at the property. We used another hotel’s Reception desk and the entrance. During our stay, the room was never cleaned. Since the property is very old, the carpets on the corridors was stinky. About the maintenance, they have only informed us just before our arrival.

Literally absolutely nothing it's a construction site with AI generated picturea on booking.

It's great as a construction site but even worst is staff attitude who are in denial about he state of the hotel and instead of owning the situation they try to gaslight you.
