Hotel Siru Brussels

Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi (15 min)

Partiamo dal fatto che solo la sera prima del nostro check in ci hanno avvisato che la Hall del hotel e in fase di ristrutturazione quindi dovevamo fare il check in e check out in un'altra struttura,quindi se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa dovevamo recarci (quindi uscire dal hotel) per andare (anche se vicino)all'altra struttura!poi su 1 delle due camere prenotate,abbiamo avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata,non funzionava!L'abbiamo fatto presente pero ci hanno cambiato di stanza solo al giorno dopo!quindi una notte intera al caldo..il giorno dopo cambiato stanza e non funzionava la tv..nelle due notti non ci e stato cambiato né asciugamani (siamo andati noi a ritirare degli asciugamani puliti)ne almeno una pulizia al letto/stanza.

The hotel is under the reconstruction, without reception and during my 5 night stay my room was cleaned once.

The room ok and comfortable.

The hotel was in reconstruction, and downstairs the smelll.was a nightmare because of it. The elevator was dirty. The room ok and comfortable, but nobody entered.to clean it the whole period i stayed there.

I do not know, the hotel should be renovated

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi . Kahvaltısı mükemmeldi . Oda çok temizdi. Konumu da mükemmeldi her şey dört dörtlüktü
