staff, big room, only problem is hotel under renovation causing dust, mess and things around not cleared.

Property under construction, messy and inconvenient

The location was convenient for our New Year’s evening plans.

I understood the property was under renovation so not surprised by some upheaval, but my husband has done construction and one suggestion I would make is that a vacuum could have been run in the hallways at the end of the work day.

Room was nice

Breakfast was good location met our needs

The fee for our dog was over priced. The walkways were snow covered and we had to shovel a path to our doorway to get in. The doorways also were not salted and it was slippery. The garbage outside from renovations made the facility look very trashy. There were tiolets and furniture large boxes buried in the snow. There should be mats by the patio doors to put wet footwear on.

The renovated rooms are nicer than what was expected. All the 1 queen bed size rooms are renovated which makes it feel less like a 2-star. Acceptable service at front desk.

I was not aware of renovations when I booked... so noise was unexpected. However, I would have been fine with it if during acceptable hours... my biggest problem with my stay is that large trucks were coming through in the middle of the night to drop off materials and pick up old furniture. I was up every hour!!!
