Comfort Inn Belleville

Parking area was safe and well lit Breakfast was very good

Breakfast and staff were excellent!

Staff was friendly. Could easily walk to many restaurants, etc.

Run down. Hotel could use an upgrade. There were construction workers working on hotel and it was loud at times. Won't be back.

The property was clean and bright. The bed is comfortable..

A lot of things were done on the cheap. The Cleaners were very institutional and irritated my asthma. Breakfast was OK with simple grocery store, pastries.

Drive up parking is convenient. Older hotel, AC was loud. Breakfast was okay, nothing to right home about. Over priced for what you get.

Carpets we’re disgusting smelled like dirty feet throughout the entire hotel. Bathroom walls and door was filthy, hand prints and dirt all over. Other individuals staying on the first floor were allowed to drink and host a tailgate party in the parking lot right below our rooms until the wee hours of the morning. Cleaning staff were all arguing in the lobby and rooms were not ready on time

I complained to the front desk about guests outside on the first floor being loud and obnoxious....both nights this occurred without a resolve. Pathetic
