Not a very clean place! Stains on sheets, nasty dirty floor, hot room, ac not cooling , had to go downstairs and complain to front desk, I thought that IHG had cleaner standards than this! Won’t never stay here again!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient to 1-95 and close to all the necessities and a short drive from our favorite beaches.

The property has gone down hill. It's like it got taken over by a New England land lord. Rotted out dry wall, terrible caulk jobs, stained carpet., car air fresheners on the hall vents. The rooms were dated, but clean. The common areas were not. This place is in need of a renovation. St Augustine is a family favorite for weekend getaways and this property has been our go-to. We were truly disappointed with the condition, especially for the price. This will be the last time we stay here.

The hotel did have a problem with their fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and also in the morning hours. We did lose a little bit of sleep.

The ladies at check on are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful!! Can't say enough great things about them. The room was nice. Really like the flooring in place of carpet.

The room was relatively clean but there was a slight musty smell and some mold in the closet on the ceiling. Would have liked another chair in the room.
