Staff was friendly and courteous. Place was quiet and in a well lit area. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

This property should be condemned and not used as a hotel. There were holes in the hall ceiling, the carpet was filthy, dresser drawers were taped shut. Overall a disgusting building. I left after I saw the property and expect a full refund.

The bed sheets weren’t clean

Don’t waste your money. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We were in town for State Track and literally everything was sold out, so we settled on this hotel. No elevator, no ice machine, no towels, the room was dirty, there was a CAT walking around the hallways, on Saturday we woke up to NO WATER (no toilet, no shower) and no hotel staff to be found. We’ve tried since our stay to get a refund, to no avail. What a dump.

There were a few issues. At check in, we found an old cookie under the edge of the bed, our key card was not programmed for the second day, our room was not cleaned after the first day and we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. On the plus side, the breakfast was fresh. The staff were not rude, and the hotel was reasonably priced. I would likely give it another try next time.

I seriously would recommend you go somewhere else ice machine doesn't work no breakfast doughnuts in a paper bag does not consist of breakfast no coffee pot in room no conditioner shampoo no good not worth the money I paid that's for sure I moved to another hotel almost the same price but way better as for room service and breakfast and amenities staff was really nice only good thing about this place

The air conditioner did not work in two first rooms. The third room had not been cleaned and this was about 8 at night. The fourth room air conditioner worked- finally but the curtain liner was in shreds, letting the sun in Why do all rooms have a strip around the walls next two the ceiling? It is a different material and pealing, looks bad. There was no water the next morning due to a water leak but we were not notified. Will no stay again. Will not recommend.

A budget friendly motel. A bit dirty around the property.

We booked a stay for one night and paid over $100 for all of the usual amenities like Wi-Fi etc. The cleanliness of the place was unacceptable. There were stains on our bed sheets and a musty odor in our room. We did not feel comfortable sleeping there. On top of that, the next morning, we had no running water because of a plumbing issue. Me including many other guests had to address this problem to the front desk but all they said was “sorry, we’re calling a guy to come fix it”. By then it was already getting late in the morning and some of us needs to shower/ brush our teeth to start our day. We couldn’t afford to miss a reservation that we had booked and we had no running water to get ready in the morning. So I had to pay to stay at a Super 8 close by which was another $121 dollars. We asked the front desk if there was anything they could do to make up for the lack of amenities that was supposed to be included in our stay, but they said “sorry there’s nothing we can do, we can not give you a refund.” I asked if maybe they could give us some hotel credit or points just anything to make up for their major shortcomings of basic running water. And they said no. We were furious at this point and just wanted to leave the place, so we returned the hotel key and just left without any reimbursement or effort from the staff to make our stay pleasant. Try not to book with Coratel Inn, I advise you to stay with Super 8. Their place is way cleaner and they serve actual real breakfast.

liked how clean our room was but we got there at 11am to see if there was a way we could check in early but they said it was a $30 early fee so we came back at 3pm the actual check in time and they said it’ll be another half an hour till it’s done, we wait and come back and then they said it’ll be another hour. so we went to the next hotel to get advice from them and they said to tell them that they broke the code and when we went to our hotel and told them that they went ahead and let us into our room but they had attitude. when we went to our room it was still getting cleaned. Loved the housekeeper though, she was definitely the only one there and she did an amazing job!
