Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper Park City - Wichita North

Pipe leak in room, no towels & dirty when received, dirty sheets & towels, hair dryer didn’t work, no breakfast, passed the blame to other employees who weren’t at work. Dirty bathroom- god know what was on floor by toilet. Trash cans to catch water dripping in halls. No elevator. No room phone. No safety lock on door.

This hotel was terrible. The room smelled like mildew, there were cigarette burns on both bedspreads (in a nonsmoking room), and there was a toothpick on the floor (so clearly the room had not been cleaned well). Additionally, the nightstand had a layer of dust on it, and the washer/dryer were out of service. The ceiling in the hallway was leaking, and I guess the hotel’s solution to that was just to shut off everyone’s water and not say anything. We got up and were not able to shower, brush our teeth, etc. I went to the gas station to get a bottle of water to brush our teeth, and then we left. Luckily we were headed to family, so we were able to shower there. I will never stay at this hotel or any of their other properties ever again.

Check in was easy, but when we arrived the cable TV was not working but hey did get it fixed within a few hours. When we woke up we did not have water. We called the front desk and they said they had someone coming to fix it. We did not have time to wait and therefore left. Disappointing

Our room wasn’t cleaned when we got there. Our toilet wouldn’t flush. Our water was turned off, and it smelled weird. Can’t complain though when you are talking about price. It’s about what you’d expect when buying a cheap hotel, although I think they could put in a little more effort to make it a more satisfying and comfortable experience.

The room had no phone. The TV didn’t work. The maid didn’t clean our room or restock towels. We woke up to no water.

Should of been more to do also you only get room service by request

The staff was very helpful and pleasant! The rooms were clean. The breakfast offerings were meager and prepackaged, so don't expect much there. Overall the rooms were a good value for the money spent. We were looking for clean, comfortable and inexpensive and this hotel checked those boxes well!

Great location. Friendly staff. Updated locks. Very limited breakfast options and they won’t allow you to take breakfast stuff to your room.

You get what you pay for… If you’re looking to save money and are willing to lower your standards this is the place for you. The front desk staff was amazing though.
