Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper Park City - Wichita North

The breakfast was a joke and the sheets/towels has some stains. Upon checkin the staff didn't provide any information unless I asked direct questions. I was barely spoken to when in the lobby area or at checkout.

Booked for 6 people. 2 queen beds. Not appropriate. No pool available. And front desk man was rude. Won’t ever try that again.

The rooms are disgusting. When I got there to check in my room wasn't even clean. After we left from checking in later that night we came back and I found out that our room was not clean. There was no toilet paper and no towels. There was dirt still on the floor and floors was so sticky. The tv even didn't work. There was no heat. When I went to the front and asked about it I was told that some rooms had heat and other don't. There was no hot water in some of the rooms. Another room the window was broken. The next day my family checked out and asked about a refund for that night and they said that they had to talk to the team.

Great location. Clean and quiet rooms. Friendly, efficient staff. All in all a great stay!

Leaky faucet in shower made it hard to sleep. Not enough towels in bathroom and had to request more. Also no coffee pot. The cleanliness was good and staff very nice so rest can be overlooked.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. Each time, the staff was great, the hotel was clean and the rooms were great.

No towels in the room but was promised some. By 8 pm, I had to go ask at the front desk. Was said to be a nonsmoking room but, clearly, the room reeked of cigarette smoke.

price was ok for what i guess you get. Bed is not that great for good night's sleep. Coffee maker in room had no coffee filter reservoir. No Elevator! With older bad knees, this was not a good thing. It is not the easiest to get to either.

Our heater was broken, light did not work next to beds, floor lamp did not have a shade, there was no elevator so had to take the stairs, breakfast was cereal, coffee and a few donuts are just a few examples.
