A place to lay my head after a long day of activities

There was no house keeping. No one came to the room while we were away to empty trash, pick up used towels or refill toiletries. Had to go get towels myself. Iron didn't work.

Nice and clean.

Advertised a laundry but washer didn't work right leaving clothes wet and it took 3 hours to dry (4 times). Front desk also said I would be getting rewards points which apparently was wrong since I booked through a third party which was much cheaper. This caused me to use the 3rd party for my next booking, where I was informed I would not get points.

2nd day breakfast was much better than 1st day. 1st day the sausage patties were gone by 8:20am and no kitchen/dining staff came even after we asked for assistance. 2nd day breakfast had plentiful foods and an excellent dining staff person, she was very effecient and kind.

At checkin, staff member was a bit short in manner. Then, 1st day breakfast - no sausage by 8:20 am, no kitchen/dining staff available even after we asked for assistance. In the room, there were no towel bars and only a small double hook on back of bathroom door.

"It was a good overall stay, and the facility exceeded our expectations for the value."

Breakfast exceeded expectations. We were impressed by breakfast staff efforts. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if in area.

The tv programming was a little disappointing as the Olympics were on and we were not able to watch them on our room TV. I had to use my phone app.
