The breakfast is terrible

The water pressure in our room was not good at all.

Que en el desayuno no tenían suficiente.. no podían atención cuando se terminaba la comida y tuvimos que esperar haber si volvían a poner . De echo tuvimos que preguntar si había más. Bacon , huevo , pan . 🤦‍♀️ y apenas eran las 7:37 am

I booked the wrong date, but the staff was great at responding to requests. I called, and they changed the dates without a problem. When we arrived late at night, we had a flawless check-in experience, but the room smelled like someone had smoked there. They immediately changed the room, but the new room had that smell too. I informed the morning staff about the smell, and they said the night shift also left a note for them. Our overall experince was great except the smell.

Good breakfast. Nice variety of food.

A towel rack by the bathroom sink would help.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the set up around bed with reading lights and plug inside for phones, etc.

Free breakfast was nice!

Our room was horrible. Restroom light was out we were given a lightbulb to change it ourselves. The front door was difficult to close. The TV didn't work. Finally we were moved to a different room!
