Elevator was scary

Everything was good, rooms big, clean, decent facilities and staff friendly

Breakfast wasn't great, but lovely views from the restaurant

This quaint hotel has unique design features throughout the lobby and common areas. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were comfy. The manager, Adam, and Peggy were awesome.

The handicapped accessible room was not near the elevator. It was all the way at the end of the hall. The room was the farthest from the elevator. Water pressure and bath products could be better. Night staff needs more customer service training.

Staff were friendly and hardworking but not enough of them to work front desk or rooms.

Rooms smelled, horrible area of town (vagrants by property everwhere). Staff was way understaffed-the front desk lady had to literally run up to every room to see if they were cleaned and ready because walkie talkies weren't working. Outlets didn't work., Event center was horrible (bathrooms had sinks not working, we cleaned them for event. Towel dispensor didn't work. toilet in mens room didn't flush.
