It was clean and staff were pleasanr.

Neighborhood was vacant and facility was run down.

Place was amazing, breakfast was good, and the staff was really nice!!!

It was an accessible room. But !!! It really wasn't. You had a tub in the room and we couldn't use it l. And wHY is the room so far away from the elevator??? Thank you

It was close to who we were visiting. It was clean and quiet, and breakfast was phenomenal.

The water in the shower was barely luke warm.

Friendly staff, nice location on tge river, 24 hour complimentary coffee service.

Access to gym denied; rooms dark, old, could stand updating, and modern conveniences.

BUG BITES.Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've been waiting for the hotel manager to call me for 2 weeks now. I've called three times they always say he's going to call me back after 3:00. Carpets and hallways are absolutely filthy. The pool water is slimy. Didn't use. Homeless people asking for money inside the lobby and outside. When I asked about it lady named Jessica so that it happens all the time and they are harmless. But when I told him no I had no money outside the hotel one time he staring at me in an aggressive manner like he was trying to intimidate me. Staff knows about this and chooses to do nothing. The elevator shakes beyond belief. I chose to use the stairs after riding it two times. There were kids running up and down the hallways knocking on all the doors from 8:00 p.m. to about midnight. The TV didn't work by the bed because I got a king suite and they told me to switch the TV from upstairs to downstairs because the suite has two floors so after 2 hours of switching cable boxes and TVs that still didn't work. They said they couldn't switch rooms because they were booked but I went on booking.com and they had multiple rooms available so I showed the front desk and they gave me a different room. But again the TV didn't work by the bed. I contemplated leaving multiple times but at this point it was after 11:00 p.m. my wife got multiple bug bites on her leg from sitting on the couch watching the TV and the second room they gave me. I didn't sit on the couch so I didn't get bit. Only reason we stayed there was because Hilton was booked up because of an art show so this was the next best option I believed but absolutely ruined our weekend. Was supposed to be nice weekend going to Japanese garden and Rose garden. This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in and I'm 50 years old. Shower head hair all in it wasn't even clean.

Convenient location. Staff was kind. Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds. Southern hospitality.

Facility is nice, stay there often, but probably not again. We canceled our last day of a 4 day prepaid stay 2 days in advance. Have not received refund for canceled night, nor even a response to our request.

Over all good cleanliness but please have someone clean the windows. I've commented on this before. At least 30 yrs since they washed the outside windows. Beautiful river views you can't enjoy.
