Logan and his team did a phenomenal job making our stay amazing. Very accommodating, friendly and clean. Logan , Macy and Kota went above and beyond and make our stay memorable, definitely will be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area. Don’t let some of these other comments cloud your judgement! 10/10 recommend staying here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced! And the beds will make you want to take it home with you! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff

There was trash behind everything in our room

My daughter and I was visiting from Texas for a college visit. We arrived at after 10pm. The hotel staff did not mention we needed to put a sign out in order to clean the room so our room was not cleaned the next day. There was no sign on the door or in the room that said that we wanted to clean the room so this was never going to happen. On the morning of us checking out, the hotel staff tried to enter the room at 8am which frightened me and my daughter. I got dressed and went to the lobby and asked why they were trying to enter the room when we check out at 11am. They said they thought the room was empty. When our room was not cleaned the day after we checked in, I cleaned the room myself and went to get clean towels. I made the bed and emptied the trash cans. I told them what room we were in so they new we were in that room.

Would not want to stay in room 129 again because you hear everyone who uses the entrance at that end of the hall on both floors.

We’ve stayed here often and it’s always great.

We have seen at this hotel numerous times and this is the first time that the pool and hot tub were ever open. My husband got in the hot tub and basically said it was hot water in the tub, but it was not bubbling like a jacuzzi. We didn't use the gym.
