EverSpring Inn & Suites

Room was musty and moldy smelling, damp, gross. Katrina the cleaning lady was the only one who accommodated to me. I do not recommend this place.

I had great customer service in the ladder in skews me on the ladder of my stay, however when I first came to the hotel, I was very sad to see that it was not handicap friendly I had to use stairs which are very difficult for me also when finding out we had no body soap in our bathroom, we had to go buy some it never appeared and also, our TV did not work. It only got Japanese sports until the second day and then we had to be moved because the TV would not work and when we finally got moved 10 something at night I found that the shower was very visibly dirty so I didn’t want to use that. If I have any plans on returning to the city, I would not like to stay there

Hotel staff was very friendly. I had an issue with the toilet when I checked in on Monday and it is was not resolved until Tuesday afternoon. Other than that our stay waw enjoyable and the breakfast was good.

Need to get hot tub fixed.

The property didn’t have an elevator. The bathroom needs to be clean a little more cleaner
