No hot water only warm the first night arrived

Very good place to stay. Staff is very friendly! Beds were wonderful! Full breakfast each morning! Pool & hottub. Rooms were clean .

Overall good place

There were fireflies at night. The sink dripped, the bed was not resting on it's frame, carpet is old and gross, shower curtain rod is broken and hanging low, toilet seat is not fastened.... I can go on for quite awhile. Have some pride in your hotel.

Mold at base of window from heavy condensation/humidity and who knows what, the rooms and place smelled bad and was unhealthy. Dirty, hair all over bathroom sink, toilet, shower, and floor. Adjoining rooms and no elevator. Limited parking, and lots of pot being smoked outside in parking lot with working crews partying every night. Wasn’t great for young child and family. Staff was beyond great though! They deserve better resources and a better place to manage and work for.

The staff was great, I did have to cancel one of my reservations which they did but Expedia is not reimbursing. The customer service folks have been terrible. They state the manager is trying them not to reimburse but they are telling me they never told Expedia this. I am frustrated and think the hotel is doing what it can but I don’t know. This eeemd like someone is trying to take my money and I don’t know which but it aucks.

It was close to my families house and town.

Location is good and the staff are great

Little things could have been better. No wash cloths in the rooms when we arrived.

Floor was nasty, flies everywhere! Door was pooped open in swimming area welcoming the flies! Front light flooded my room and darkening shade did nothing. Got to breakfast at 8am nothing left and no attendant. This place needs help!
