Staff was very friendly

There was a huge gap in the bedroom door that allowed people to see inside the room. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the fire alarm went off. Maintenance could be better

Staff was very friendly, our stay was quiet and comfortable.

Location was great. Was comfortable and affordable

The shower/tub drain doesn't drain well at all. Need to provide more towels and washcloths than just 2 of each especially for a more than one night stay. But overall it was a great stay

The staff is courteous and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The first room they put us in had a huge dip in the floor on the second level. Like huge enough that the dresser leaned away from the wall and the drawer stayed open. We weren't actually sure the building is structurally sound. The staff did address this concern and moved us to a better room at the end of the hall but the floors are all squeaky when you walk.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, quiet.

Shower water pressure weak, elevator in strange location, no place to lounge outside.

The people and location are the best!

The building needs to be renovated. A/C barely worked, the bath tub was slippery-scary for older people. The drawers had to be taped shut because the floor slants enough to make it slide open. Again, a hazard for senior citizens. But the people!!! They are great.
