Top location, very friendly hosts, clean apartment, private beach with sunbeds and sunshades, crystal clear water. The sea is so close that you can hear it while you sleep. Peaceful surroundings, yet still close to the center of Lumbarda with its bars, shops, and restaurants. I definitely recommend it!

Apartments Nikolina are impeccably clean, fully equipped and with a wonderful view of the sea. In front is a small beach for guests only, with crystal clear water, ideal for a peaceful vacation. Mrs. Lidija and Mr. Ante are wonderful hosts, so cordial that you have the impression that you have come to your own family. A special experience was Lidia's warm strudel on the beach at sunset and Mr. Ante's myrtle liqueur. If you want accommodation with a soul and real homely hospitality - this is the right place! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, couldn't have asked for a better spot under 54 years old olive tree. Our host was fantastic, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Did I mention how amazing is the location!!!

Špatná komunikace s ubytováním, resp.žádná Děti vyřizují matce, resp.nevyřizují. Špatná komunikace i ubytovatel verzus booking.com., nebo opačně. Scházelo potvrzení od Booking.ubytovateli o naší úhradě, patrně pozdě převedené námi uhrazené prostředky od Booking.ubytovateli.

The location is good, and the sea side area is great. Simple but clean and functional.
The property has a mooring near to it. During our stay a large boat moored there, and the group of 15+ were allowed to use one apartment. Most of this group were staying on the boat and not at the accommodation. This ruined the peaceful environment for all of the other guests who had paid to stay in the other apartments. The group used a lot of the sea side space and used their balcony as a communal dining area. It got so unpleasant that we booked alternate accommodation. Would be wary booking this accommodation in case this is common.
