Asprolithos Studios

Good location right in Skiathos center, parking included. Very clean, rooms are cleaned every single day and fresh towels are provided. Host was very responsive and catered for any needs we have had. Really good price/quality ratio.

Slight cooking smells from time to time but the smells were actually very nice :) as the tavern next door is also great, we ate there and appreciated the food.

I liked that Maria (our host) was very organised - she messaged us all the details to get into the property on the day of arrival and she went above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable.

Ideal location , someone in every day to clean make beds and fresh towels. Air con and safe included in the price.

Could do with a bit more work surface in the kitchen.

Our recent stay at the apartment was unfortunately disappointing. First off, the apartment is located on the second floor, a crucial detail that was omitted from the listing. As someone traveling with a baby, this was an immediate inconvenience. The apartment appears to have undergone some renovations, but they were poorly executed. The doors, including the exterior one, are extremely thin, providing little privacy or noise insulation. The cabinetry, although freshly painted, is outdated and clearly over 30 years old. For those traveling with infants, the apartment does offer a crib. However, the mattress provided was so inadequate that my baby ended up sleeping in bed with us. Our metal bed was excessively squeaky, making noise with every slight movement, disturbing everyone’s sleep throughout the night. Yes, even the baby's movement was enough to make it squeak and wake everyone up. The bathroom was in a similar state of disrepair. It features a small shower with glass doors that are nearly off their hinges, a shower head that was broken upon our first cleaning service, and a sliding shower head holder that would not stay in place. Additionally, there is visible rust on the shower head’s hose, from the water knobs all the way to the floor, around the sink’s overflow hole as well as behind the sink and all the way to the floor. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment, especially for those traveling with young children. The combination of maintenance issues and the lack of transparency in the listing made for a challenging stay.

Modern studio in the heart of the town. Studio had everything you need if you want to eat in. Maria who runs the Asprolithos was really helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us and offer advice. Would definitely stay again!
