"Very disappointing stay."

Good location. Comfortable bed. Hairdryer in room.

Nobody on reception the whole week we were there. Never even received a call from Maria the owner asking us if everything was OK with our room. Water leaked from shower screen badly so had to put towels on the bathroom floor. Room very hot & air conditioning was set to 18 so couldn't be lowered to allow cooler air into the room. Plug in bathroom sink didn't seal so my husband unable to have a shave. No plug in kitchenette sink either so my husband went to local shop to try & buy one. Music till late at night from taverna below us. These apartments are advertised as luxurious & look good at first glance but there are a lot of basic requirements missing. On that basis we would not stay again or recommend to anybody else.

"A few modern features inside the room but generally an old and tired building."

Daily cleaning, free parking, good insulation (the music from next door restaurant was inaudible in our room, location very central, the island of Skiathos is paradise on earth.

The building has a 90s aesthetic and could do with major renovations. Not suitable for persons with mobility issues (no lift to 2nd fl, handrail interrupted. Room very small for a family of 4. No washing machine. No table for eating a meal inside the room. Noisy at the veranda. Reception very rarely staffed. No maps or other info available in the premises.
