Quality Suites Burleson - Ft Worth

When we arrived to our room, there was a used wash cloth and an open bar of soap. We took down to front desk and informed them. After they cleaned our room on the 1st day, they did not restock our washcloths & towels. We had to go to desk to ask for more. The couch in our room had stains. All the chairs in the dining room had stains. The furniture in the lobby was very old, worn & dirty. Loby very small & dark. Breakfast was ok, but some fresh muffins would to go along with the eggs & sausage would be nice. Most all other hotels provide that. The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. It is in the main room, which is awkward. We just found the overall condition of this Quality in very worn down / old and in dire need of a face-lift. We will not stay here again.

That it was close enough to work during the ice storm... it was quiet in the mornings because I worked 3rd shift...

The phone didn't work.. I had to use my phone to call for service..

There was mold on the wall and lamp where the air conditioner was by the window. Grossed me out because it was all inside the lamp.

Convenient, personable staff and clean.

The desk chair had visible staining and was old.

Breakfast was standard and similar elsewhere. The chairs to sit on were stained, just about all of them.

Ambiance was off. Interior looks old and like lacking maintenance. Chairs in lobby and breakfast area stained/soiled. Elevator, above the buttons, looks dated. Carpet throughout is stained and looks old. In the room, carpets soiled, looks old. Almost everything in the room looked run-down, including the ironing board, cupboards, mini dresser and the sockets to plug in electronincs. We had to change room but the second room wasn't better. My family didn't want to stay there but since it was nighttime and dark already, we had no choice but to stay. If it were daytime, we would have gone across the street to get a room at the Best Westin.
