Honestly, nothing the room smell like pee very strongly the free breakfast they had was uncooked

I didn’t like how the room had a smell to it every time we enter it then I kill multiple insects like spiders and I had little kids in my room so them seeing a spider really had them on edge

The staff was very helpful and very kind.

Clean and neat throughout the place.

It was close to where I needed to go

When I arrived I was informed I didn't have a room after demanding a refund a room became available mind you why give away a room that was paid for. Once in the room the tub was dirty and the room smelled like smoke

The staff was friendly the pool was nice size and warm.

That I found live roach bug crawling on wall, in my room , there was codom wrapper behind end table and dresser draws had crumbs and stains in it and food was same everyday I was there 6days then hot tub was luck warm and one day it had yellow form in it .

The location was good not to far from my son's doctor the pool was nice and the gym was clean

The room we were in the door to the room was hard to open the bathroom door didn't open that much the tub handle fell off in our hands the desk chair was ripped the sofa bed was dirty

The staff was very friendly and apologetic.

The first room we were given was infested with cockroaches. Overall you can tell they can do better about cleaning the hotel.
