We chose this hotel as it appeared very modern but close to the bus station. Both of these were true with it being a short 15 minute walk from bus station and hotel being very modern with pool and gym. It's further from old town with this being a 40 minute walk but can't imagine taxinor tuk tuk would be that expensive.

The hotel was amazing the rooms were really big and always clean and it was 10-15 minutes from the main square so good location.

The pool area was completely in the shade so we were unable to use this facility as we wanted to be in the sun so that was a shame

The rooms are massive! We had a pool access room but we didn’t use the pool due to it being too cold but the room itself was lovely! And the bath was so relaxing Also loved the free bikes to get around

"Terrible experience."

Hotel area and room are nice, clean and quiet.

While I was in my room, bellboy suddenly opened the room door to get in. Hotel staff explained it was a mistake that the bellboy opened the wrong room. Anyway, as a hotel guest, security and privacy are my top priorities and this kind of situation is not supposed to happen at all.
