The hotel was very accomodating. Allowed me to check out an hour later and provided complimentary deodarant. Very pleasant staff.

Maybe the hotel can provide a whatsapp number to request the hotel shuttle as international travellers may not have a canadian phone number.

Lucky, the on duty manager at the front desk was really efficient, friendly and accommodating! He saw promptly to our check- in, was clear about the room/ wifi and parking and did everything he could to make check-in easy. The room was fine- lots of towels, parking out the patio door and clean. Fine for an overnight stay ; shuttle to Pearson Airport!
