Front desk manner was awkward, but okay. My room smelled like an ash tray. Two of the lights did not work. There was a very suspicious stain on the couch. For the price I paid (over $300 for one night); everything should have been IMMACULATE. Shameful they can look themselves in the mirror and charge that much.

We didn't get breakfast.

Coffee pot didn't work either morning and phone didn't work the first morning. Didn't get home with my good gold earrings. Don't know what happened to them. The morning we were leaving a wonderful girl employee assisted us (a 93 year old and an 87 year old) with our luggage.

Great breakfast great service!!! Very close to worlds of fun ... the pool may be broke ..but everything elese was awesome and we will be back
