Prime location inside the medina yet just a few steps away from all the hustle and bustle for some peace and quiet. Not only was the host very warm and welcoming, he's also very knowledgable about the area and helped with any questions I had. I must say, the hospitality is unmatched here! I think it's what made my experience in Fes so wonderful, especially as a solo female traveller. Rooms come with an ensuite bathroom, breakfast is very filling, wifi is solid if you need to work, and they even have laundry and hookah/shisha available too which was perfect!

Owner is fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Staff are great. Place is beautiful. Just a 1 minute walk to the main Medina street and close to most major sites.

Oussama was very hospitable and made us all feel very welcome. The hotel was beautiful and the terrace had excellent views over the medina. The location was fantastic and near great restaurants and the culture. Would recommend this hotel to stay at when visiting Fez.

The staff (owner?) was very kind. He explained all the details and recommendations in Fez. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Overall, great stay!

Hidden gem next to the busy street, making it ideal for families or couples. French speaking owners were very helpful and friendly.

Apart from being overall good, it also had a hairdryer on the room, an air conditioner and extra comfy blankets if needed. Also the shower was in an enclosed glass panel, so no cold plastic curtains wafted over you. The host also speaks fluent English
