Dar Hayati

During our stay, we had the pleasure of interacting with Oussama, the receptionist at Dar Hayati. His authentic and no-nonsense approach made our experience exceptional. Oussama's natural and respectful demeanour, combined with his accommodating and kind nature, truly enhanced our stay. His professionalism and willingness to assist with our inquiries or needs were admirable. Oussama undoubtedly contributed to making our stay memorable. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The location! The Dar is near a gate so you can easily access it from a car. It’s nicely decorated in a homely, eclectic way, although a bit old. The staff are nice

You need to pay cash for the stay if you book on booking. The breakfast is ok. The room we stayed in (the triple room) was a bit cramped even for 2 people. Note, there is no door to the bathroom but there's privacy because there is a wall.

Simply the best accommodation I have stayed during my trip in Morocco! It really feels like staying at home. Everything was perfectly organized in the house and it is super clean, absolutely dust free. Oussama is a very friendly host and helped me with all the questions I have. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I wish I could stay for more nights! Definitely I would like to stay here again if I return to Fes and recommend this to my family and friends.

The terrace is beautiful. Oussama is really nice and welcoming. Also the room is really spacious and nice. Breakfast was really good, even with a pain au chocolat. Moreover, it's really close to a parking.

The road near the dar isn't very clean.

Dar Hayati is an authentic place, very well restored with comfortable rooms and a nice terrace and a view of the city. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough, and Ousama was very helpful making arrangements. We really enjoyed our stay.

The decor was authentic and artwork and artefacts were well displayed. Attention to detail in the room was appreciated; everything from hair dryer to extra rolls of toilet paper, shelving in bathroom for toiletries, decent hangers and great water pressure. Our host was easy to chat with and ver professional. Upstairs terrace gave a real panoramic view and the furniture was comfortable.
