Quality Suites Houston NW Cy-Fair

I was charged 3 times for 1 room for 1 night. I got charged by booking.com, then was told that the reservation i had just made 2hrs before I arrived was marked as a no show. I made the reservation at 12:30am and requested to check in at 3am and I would still be checking out at 11am (normal check out time). So then they said I would have to pay for a room and they would sort it out in the morning. The desk clerk charged me for another room but then said it didn't go through and he had to run it again which charged my card for the 3rd time. $85 each time for a total of $255. The next morning I was told that the only charge I would have would be the original charge through booking.com but nothing has been refunded after 3 days.

I got ripped off

My room was clean, but the carpet was wet, I think there was a small flooding issue in the hallway outside my room. I had an assisted room and the shower had a handheld spray but no fixed showerhead, so it was very awkward to use. The hose was very short. The continental breakfast was very simple with just the basics, no fruit and only regular bread to toast.

Plenty of dining establishments near the property, as well as shopping. But our room had bed bugs. It also felt humid and damp.

The room smelled, it had baby roaches, top sheet was stained and the breakfast was only cereal, waffles, toast and some orange juice that my kids wouldn’t drink it.

The amazing food trucks outside the gate is the best thing there

The air conditioning was bad it was hot and humid all over the place the AC in the room under the windows barely worked and the hallways was steaming hot with no cool air anywhere to be found until we gave our room a hour to cool off because when we walked in the room it was ridiculously hot they need to fix a lot here

This location had very little to choose from. You could make a waffle or have cold cereal. The juice wasn't juice, it was a orange punch type drink, like Sunny D-lite. Very disappointed as we planned on the breakfast as part of a meal to keep costs of eating out down but had to anyway.

The staff was not friendly. They were not rude but indifferent anytime we saw them. The pool area was dirty, chairs were broken except one so there was no where to sit, the others were piled up in a corner. The only table by the pool was a thin narrow plastic table used in a conference/training room. The spa was broken and dirty as well. We were there 7-nights and not once did we receive maid service and only brought new towels one time during our stay. We had no trash can in the hotel so we had to get bags and then put trash out in the hall, as many customers did. The entire building smelled of customers smoking weed which came in through the bathroom vent. We had to have it on 24/7 to keep the smell out of our room and it was disturbing when trying to watch tv or sleep. There was a busted pipe which caused a water leak and was a gaping hole in the ceiling that was never attended to the entire time we were there. Our refrigerator in the room had a towel under it to catch water so that smelled also.
