The bathroom was not really cleaned enough, the shower area was dirty As well as around the bed the previous guest left stuff. Just need to be more careful when cleaning

The value, the location near restaurants, gas etc.

My first room had a sofa covered in stains and an odor. The receptionist on my first night stated I couldn't book using my points which didn't make sense.

"Horrible "

The room was filthy the staff was horrible to me and my family refusing us help and extra blankets for the pull out bed. There was literally a used condominium in the couch when I pulled it out.
