"Pésima experiencia / precio"

Bonita vista, pésima atención, no guarda relación precio calidad. Lo peor es que a nadie le interesa.

Sucio, mal atendido, escaso personal (un día sin recepción ni atención de nadie) cobran por reponer toallas y sábanas, ya que solo las cambias después de la 3era noche. El hotel tiene una escala de acceso compleja, y nadie te ayuda con maletas, aunque te vean complicado (como en mi caso, con niños) el hotel Ofrece servicios que no presta, como atención en terraza. El desayuno del último día fue un (uno) huevo frito. Pésima experiencia por el precio. Lo bueno es que el nuevo dueño dijo que cambiaría todo eso…. Éxito a los que quieran probarlo, nosotros no regresaremos

"Vista de un millón de dólares"

El hotel es hermoso! La vista inmejorable! Incluso mejor que en las fotografías publicadas, puedes ver el volcán villarrica y el lago desde tu cama, es maravilloso despertar así! Muy amplio, moderno, hermoso diseño en madera, personal amable, buen desayuno.

En las tardes sólo quedaba una persona atendiendo todo el hotel

La vista del hotel es maravillosa. La atención del personal muy buena.

En la zona de la piscina (aunque cerrada por temporada) los sillones tenían algunas talarañas, faltaba limpieza allí. La comida estaba muy rica aunque había poca variedad.

"Una maravilla"

La atención del personal fue buenísima, muy amables y atentos. La vista de la habitación y todo el hotel era espectacular, con zonas comunes muy acogedoras. Desayuno muy rico, con todo lo necesario. Todo fue muy agradable, y se preocupan de que así sea.

El único detalle a mejorar es que cuando dan cena a los huéspedes, todo el espacio común queda con olor a comida (y no todos están comiendo), quizás cerrando la puerta de la cocina sea más controlable.
