It is probably the best view of a hotel I have ever been in my life. As a plus, it was full moon nights and that huge yellow moon rises right over the lake. Amazing. I love that the rooms do not have television. What for, there is so much do around!! And the staff and rustic decor is spot on.

Everything was perfect.

"Estancia imprescindible. 10 sobre 10"

La ubicación mirando al volcan villa rica, el personal, la construcción, el ambiente, las camas.... pero sobre todo Feranda, una maravilla de persona que nos atendió y arreglo todo lo que necesitábamos. Hizo de nuestra experiencia algo inmejorable.

Que no tenga 4 estrellas, las merece.

La struttura è stupenda, arredamento, posizione e vista. La vista dalla camera merita più di 10. Tutto molto curato, il giardino molto bello e ben tenuto, l'interno della struttura è meglio di quanto si vede nelle foto. E che dire della signora Mariela, chef della struttura, bravissima, molto disponibile e simpatica. La sua "plateada con puré" era più che ottima, la stessa cosa per la trota con verdure saltate. Colazione molto buona.

Niente. Forse il personale della reception, se richiesto dal cliente, dovrebbe dare qualche spiegazione o informazioni sulle zone da visitare.

"Insuperable vista!"

La vista insuperable! Lago, volcán, hermoso. Muy buena habitación, cama muy cómoda al igual que el baño..Buen desayuno, aunque la cafetera es un poco lenta y confusa.

Desde el estacionamiento, solo hay escaleras para bajar al hotel, con maletas se agradecería una pasarela u otro sistema. Personas con movilidad reducida o adulto mayor, NO pueden venir acá

Great architecture, nice style, beautiful garden. Lovely rooms with splendid lake views. Great breakfast. Wonderful atmosphere. Good location outside the noisy Town and away from traffic.

Beds could be better.
