Baymont by Wyndham Belleville Airport Area

Michael and the staff were AMAZING!! We had a terrible experience with Spirit airline and got stuck at the airport for 13 hours and just having bad experiences everywhere we turned until we got here. They let us check in early knowing how tired we were, they told us if we have more issues come back and they will wait to check us out until tomorrow just In case they mess up our flight again, they picked us up from the airport and dropped us off all with a smile and GREAT customer service!! The manager Vinny who we met when checking out was just as great 15 out of 10 here! Highly recommend for anyone passing through with any sort or layover or anyone visiting the area!

There was food crumbs in the drawers which also smelled like fish. The people at the front desk weren't helpful at all. The were also pieces of trash still on the floor in our suite. The pool was dirty with lots of hair floating around in it. Never staying at a BayMont again.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was dirty, the curtains didn’t close, only one key worked ( they would fix one, and the other stopped working). We ran out of toilet paper on the first day, requested more and got none. There were coffee and tea in the room, but no coffee maker. We went out for breakfast, as everything was sugar and white flour. We did enjoy the pool. And we were assured at the front desk that we had the best room in the hotel. It was affordable, and you get what you pay for.

Shuttle bus to airport was great. Steve picked us up promptly and got us back to our car. Parking was cheap price and well worth it.

The shower curtain was dry rot and there were no usb connections. The clerk was very helpful and patient, I came in town to bury my sister and some how mixed up my reservation. He was patient with the whole situation and advised a solution that did work!!!!!

GROSS! so unclean. Cant even take a shower as the tub is so gross. Hallways smell like smoke. Sheets are stained. Food and debris on floor. Mini fridge not wiped Out. Smudges on lights and walls. Stains on curtains. TV doesn’t get any channels. Door is janky and doesn’t feel Secure.

The staff was extremely nice and this in no way reflects upon them as this is management/ownership. Unless you're looking for a paid "date" I would recommend going elsewhere.

I do not recommend. The staff member, Vinny, was very rude to my son when he asked for pool towels. He then tried telling us we could not have 4 people in a room with 2 beds, that only 2 people could be in there. This was after check in and confirmation and everything. I also confirmed a pet friendly room when booking and was treated like that wasn't a thing. The room literally smelled like a dead body was in there and the breakfast was less than subpar. Overall not a good time. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. 0/10

A bit disappointed for the amount paid. Digital clock had number bars missing so we couldn’t tell time. The tv received only national cable channels, no local news or weather. Overall condition: Carpet was worn and the dresser held a fridge inside a warped door that needs repair. Our free breakfast was ok but the napkins were actually paper restroom towels. On the positive side, staffers were friendly and accommodating.

First night was terrible after speaking with the manager they changed our room . The next 2 nights were great
