Baymont by Wyndham Belleville Airport Area

The older man who manages/runs this location is not friendly. When I walked in the hotel to check-in, he was with other employees and he said, “Hijra,” a derogatory term for transgender people in India/Pakistan. My room keys continued to not work, forcing me to return to the front desk to get them rekeyed. The TV barely worked, with barely half of the channels on the guide offered. Only my phone would connect to the Wi-Fi, not either of my laptops. The older man would not accept the fact that I have 2 service dogs, and demanded to see paperwork, despite ADA regulations against it. He kept demanding I pay for the service animals until I showed him the regulations and said I would report him to the department of justice. The other employees that cleaned rooms etc were nice and accommodating.

Clean, but they put me down as having checked out instead of the room across the hall from me. I returned to find my sheets on the floor (which I ended up changing for the overworked cleaning staff) and multiple beers missing from my fridge along with finding my suitcase opened with my medicine missing. I reported it the night it happened. Front desk staff was upset and suspected their staff had done it, and was apologetic that the manger wasn't in as he wanted something to be done. I was told the manager would be in the next morning, and when they weren't, the morning front desk employee tried to blame me for their mistake the day before, and then after acknowledging to me that YES they had wrongfully said I was checking out, and YES their staff had opened my room while I was gone, and YES my property was stolen from my room due to their actions, that they were choosing not to help me in any way with the theft that (again) they verbally acknowledged being responsible for.

Dirty pool and poor maintenance

Electrical issues, lost cover plate screw, posed safety issues for guests with childern or inquisitive adults with no common sense by allowing access to wirring. Reported to desk for maintenance.

They did not have any local television station so I could just check weather in the area.

Some channels in the TV have weak or no signal; however, the hotel looks great. It is near my brother and my sister-in-law's place. They used to work here.

We had a great experience, dropped our car off for a cruise Tommy dropped us off, came back after the cruise, plane delayed 3 times, got a room at the hotel and Steve picked us up from the airport. Got our car after a great experience and came back to visit family. A 10 rating for the drivers!

Absolutely avoid. Smelled funny, shower head sprayed out from all the places it wasn’t supposed to, in room coffee maker didn’t work.

Steve the guest representative was awesome! Super friendly guy. He drove us from the airport back to our car. Safe and good

Easy fast check-in room not swept and very poor cleanliness and found bed bug .
