"Easy to and from the airport"

Had to stay the night due to missing a connection flight. Steve picked up in about 20 mins and was friendly. He confirmed our names upon arrival and recommended a time to leave the hotel for our flight tomorrow. Given the situation, at least this is easy.

"A great place!"

I'm a regular at this hotel, flying out of DTW several times a month. It has always been a pleasure. The checking is seamless and Van has been always an excellent guest service rep.

"Dirty!"

This hotel was dirty and the phone, and landline did not work. Front desk was informed but did not resolve the problem. The price was reasonable and the shuttle driver, Steve was great.

"Be safe "

I have booked two rooms. The first room the door did not lock. You just push it open. Then the next room smelled of pet urine. The third room was okay and we were just tried. The doors to the outside were unsecured you can just walk into this hotel not very safe. Overall if they fixed these thing it would be a decent place to stay

"place a DUMP"

This place is a DUMP. The lamp did not work, it had a short in it, I asked for it to be replaced it was not. grout missing from bathroom tiles, the rest stained very gross. the breakfast was pitiful, the coffee undrinkable, and the doors that lead from outside were not locked. The one was completely missing where to put in the key card, so anyone off the street can enter without going through the lobby. The place was so old that even if they cleaned it is all old and stained and FALLING apart.

Room was not stocked well....towels,cups,soap...Sheets had blood stains,Food on the floor....refrigerator not working,lamp not working,tv remote missing battery.Continental Breakfast not stocked.....You get what you pay for!
