Baymont by Wyndham Belleville Airport Area

It was as to be expected. Clean enough. The smell of perfumed carpets and general cleaning solutions was a bit too pungent. But it wasn’t a “bad” odor. I just would’ve preferred it not be there. It’s not a 5 star resort but it’s serviceable for a few nights on a biz trip or dropping g your kid at school

Entire hotel smelled and the room was so nasty and not clean. The room smelled so bad that i had to ask the front desk for some fabreez. They gave me a spray bottle with saop water. The hotel owner also lets random people keep their vehicles there while flying from the airport. Leaving no room for parking for hotel customers.

The airport shuttle was excellent and the price was great! However they desperately need more than one person on the desk. Additionally the heated pool off the lobby gives check-in a fetid atmosphere and there was a weird liquid inside the mini fridge which grossed us out. It was clear that the cleaning staff was not expecting a tip.

We had a delayed flight and were very tired but we felt much better when our driver was here on time and very friendly, the ride was great.

Quite frankly the only thing worth staying here for is the location, if not for that there is nothing going for it. The hotel staff was rude, dismissive, got combative over nothing, avoided my calls, the manager lied over the phone, and the manager himself (in addition to his staff) would hang up on me while I was asking questions. There was one employee who was at least honest and told me that the manager goes out of his way to avoid talking to customers and has been doing that since the employee worked there. Doesn’t end there though. When we arrived, the hallway and elevator stank of something I can’t even name, the sheets, pillows, and duvets were stained and dirty. The majority of our stay there was also a pile trash in the hallway that no one bothered to take care of until our last day there. Honestly, avoid this place. What a terrible experience.

Dirty, smelly, no parking

I last stayed here in 2021. I think the ownership has changed since then, which is positive. My overall experience has been positive. The facility is well kept, clean and friendly. My only criticism, which won’t keep me from going there again is the quality of the sheets on the bed and the towels. Both are poor quality, Thin and scratchy. These items could definitely use an upgrade!!

I decided to try out a new hotel and chose this one. The room was a king suite with the sofa. I was excited for my stay until I saw the room. It was filthy! Food was all over the bathroom floor, the tub and toilet were nasty. The carpet looked unkept and the bed had hair and lint in it. When I called the manager to switch rooms, he assured me I had the best room since it had a couch and I should stay there. Someone did come to vacuum, however, there was no housekeeping or anything to clean the room. Thankfully, I had cleaning wipes with me and I had to clean the bathroom so that I could use it and sanitize the room. I did cover the sofa with a sheet off the bed because I didn’t trust to sit on it by itself. I feel that the management just wants money from guests and doesn’t care about the comfort or cleanliness of the rooms. My husband was not pleased at all and we decided to never come to stay at this hotel again. I didn’t feel heard or cared for from the manager. If he would have sent housekeeping like he promised, then I would have felt better about the situation. If you choose this hotel, be prepared for a huge disappointment.

Hotel room was dirty as hell especially the bathroom floor. Family of 5 given 2 towels because towels are limited. Filthy pool area, Dog running loose in lobby during breakfast. Vinny unpleasant and threatened to call the police while expressing my concerns.
