“The beds were smaller and firmer than expected, making them uncomfortable. The bathroom did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, as there were black spots under the soap tray and inside the toilet bowl. Additionally, the smell of marijuana in the hallway created an unpleasant atmosphere.”
