The rates and a lot of unwanted people

Good location and price.

Rude staff. When I was leaving at 6:00 am there was no place to leave the key cards as the door was locked and no one was behind the desk.

Les petits déjeuners ont été les pires que je n'avais jamais connu. Très mauvais, une offre très restreinte, une pièce sale et sombre. Dans la chambre, le bruit permanent, infernal de l'autoroute empêche de dormir. L'isolation phonique est inexistante. Le ménage n'a jamais été fait correctement, la poussière est visible , l'aspirateur n'est jamais passé. La boîte murale sensée contenir des mouchoirs est restée désespérément vide.

We liked parking close to the entrance. We liked the waffle maker in the breakfast room. We liked the location for touring the Ashtabula harbor, the Lake Erie beaches, and the covered bridges.

The bathtub was clogged and wouldn’t drain while showering.

Location. The front desk gentleman was very nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was not very clean.

The room was not very clean. The tubs were not very clean. Poor attention to detail. Under the bed was dirty. Light housekeeping was done when deep cleaning needs to be done. With being pet friendly I would have assumed the cleaning would be a lot better.
