The breakfast was pretty extensive and well-prepared. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Facility was clean.

Only complaint would be that the noise from the freeway was pretty loud - maybe updates could be considered for better filtering of that noise.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The facilities were all clean. My room was a good size. The shower was decently big. There was a good selection of items at breakfast. Good walking distance from lots of thiings.

I found the bed incredibly uncomfortable. The breakfast food was mediocre. The room was in need of some updates. The pool was ice cold- uncomfortably so even in lots of heat.

Location is great! It’s nice they provide free water whenever we ask.

The beds are terribly uncomfortable. Maintenance on the rooms could be better, bad patch jobs and missing paint.

Adequate room. Decent complimentary breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and the Peoria Sports Complex. Negatives: Scheduled housekeeping person failed to clean room on 2 of 3 days of our stay, even after we confirmed we were on the schedule. First day we sucked it up. Second time another housekeeper volunteered to do the room. Toilet backed up and when we reported it we were given a plunger. Person at front desk seemed “out of it” on three different days. Slow to comprehend and respond, like she was in a daze or fog. Others noticed the concerning behavior. We did report it to a supervisor on site. Wall thermostat did not work, we had to unplug unit from the wall at night because it was uncomfortably cold. Overall, there was nothing special about this property. There are several other hotels in the immediate vicinity; therefore, next time we are in Peoria we will stay at another property with hopes of a better experience.

If just needing a room then the hotel is great.

Pool area very small. There were bees around one area of pool. When I told the person at the desk she said her manager knew but people were just taking their own risk. Hot tub looks horrible because it needs to be repainted. Looks dirty. Couldn’t even use hot tub if I wanted to due to bees. No places outside to sit down and relax. Breakfast should be until at least 10am.

Location and staff friendliness. They were able to support early check-in and held our bags post-checkout until we left for the airport.

Beds were not comfortable. A bit overly firm. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and waffle maker wasn’t working properly.
