"Horrible customer service by one representative which ruined the overall stay. I related this to the manager."

The night desk associate was very rude and unprofessional. She ignored me, didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her waiting to speak to her while she was on her cell phone, then was annoyed to have to get off her phone. I complained to the manager, who said she was tired, which doesn’t excuse her poor customer service. The next night, it was more of the same rude, disinterested behavior. It was enough for me to not want to stay at this hotel again, and I’ve been staying here for 15+ years.
