Komfort

The room met or exceeded our expectations for a hotel in this category. It was quite spacious, with a good number of windows that could all be opened. The bed(s) were ok - not the most comfortable, but also nothing particularly wrong with them. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean, which can't be said for most hotels these days. We stayed here for 4 nights and were comfortable throughout. We'd probably stay at this hotel again because of the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

The check-in experience was a bit dystopian. As with a number of hotels these days, we received an email asking us to check-in online ahead of time. We typically ignore these emails, because there's generally no reason to do this. When we arrived at this hotel, we told the receptionist that we were there to check-in, but he just pointed us at one of several tablets that were dotted around reception and had to check ourselves in on one of them. This involved entering our personal information, including passport numbers, and then required us to set up the keycards for the room ourselves. The whole process did not involve the receptionist. This also meant that we were not given any directions to the room, and had to find the way ourselves. This wasn't a problem, but a bit odd compared to the experience at a typical hotel. We'd prefer if we didn't have to do the job of the receptionist for the hotel (chain) unpaid ourselves.

An der Rezeption nach Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier zu fragen hat schon etwas entwürdigendes. Sehr schlechter Service

An der Hotelbar gibt es fertig gemixten Mai Tai aus der Dose für 11 Euro..😐

Тихий уютный отель, удобные кровати. Приветливый персонал. Расположен в центре красивого городка, но не далеко от автобана. Рекомендую!

Bar with screens and beer = World Cup! it's really great when you can watch game with same crazy people) Quiet and comfortable room. Sleep well. Wi-Fi. Elevator. Parking. Good location.
